The entire spread
sheet resides on a data base. Whenever you enter data
into a field, you may move your mouse to a
blank area on the page and click. This will
re-compute the entire data base in a few moments.
The Main Menu page has buttons along the left edge:
"Main
Menu" button
appears at top of each page.
"New
Analysis" button allows you to
set up a new report.
"View
Saved Reports" button allows you
to select past reports.
"Help"
button furnishes data definitions as
used in the program. The Help button also appears at
the top of each page.
The "Quick
Navigation to a Saved Report"
window allows you to select various saved reports. It
normally initiates with "--Select--"
displayed. Clicking on "--Select--"
displays the saved reports.
"Insert
Image" button, clicking allows
you to browse your computer hard drive for a photo to
insert in the report.
"Number
of years you plan to hold this property",
window repeats on each page as "Holding
Period". Revising any window
changes all, and re-computes spread sheet.
"Increase
Payment by", window alongside
the two loan fields allows you to increase the
initial monthly payment.
"Round
Page" buttons at the top of each
page allows you to select pages for entry or analysis
etc.
"Previous"
or
"Next" buttons move you
through the pages sequentially.
"Shaded
columns" allows you to make
adjustment entries for the adjoining column in any
year of the report. make an entry and then
click on a blank area to re-compute the entire spread
sheet.
"Ordinary
Future Wealth" column displays
annual growth of your "out of pocket" if
you avoid the investment and leave it in savings.
"Real
Estate Future Wealth" column
displays the annual growth of your investment as
described in the spread sheet.
